Want the very best cold products? With Frosty Tech™ your brand can freeze the competition in their tracks.
Our patented coolant can be used in 5 Key Forms: Powder, Liquid, Gel, Foam & Fabrics, and Closed-Loop Systems.
Select images below for details on each form.
This was the first form of Frosty Cold to be invented. What makes it so unique is its ability to provide instant cooling. All you have to do is add any kind of water. With the proper mix of coolant and water the mixture drops from ambient to colder than ice in 10 seconds. It provides quick cooling with no ice or refrigeration required.
This cooling system technology replaces compressors and HFC gases with a “green” system for use in Refrigerators, Air Conditioning, Food & Beverage Coolers, etc. Our Chief Chemist and his team of scientists are currently perfecting the process with initial units predicted to launch by 2019.
Like the Frosty Cold instant powder, the Frosty Cold instant gel reaps all of the same benefits, but turns into a gel upon activating. The change in form allows it to reach even colder temperatures than the powder and last 50% longer than any instant cooling medical product on the market. Its flexible qualities allow It to conform well to wound sites and other organic shapes, such as packages in shipment. With the ability to freeze for re-use this gel can keep industries like these colder faster and longer.
Our Frosty Cold liquid is specially formulated to be used for rapid cooling in tight places. Once frozen (usually four hours in a standard freezer) it has the ability to supercharge cooling & rapidly chill beverages 2-3x faster than regular freezer gel. Because the liquid does not expand like freezer gel and is denser than freezer gel it can be stored in a massive variety of shapes! The products can be thinner, allow for much closer/accurate cooling, and even rest at the bottom of beverages to replace diluting ice. With the freedom to make any small shape, the Frosty Cold liquid is transforming the power of the protein shake mixer ball, coozies, ice cream makers and so much more.
Dozens of practical uses from recreation, refrigeration, industrial, medical, and many more.
